$2 Tuesdays

During the month of August, Thanksgiving Point was doing $2 Tuesdays for all of their "events"...like "Farm Country," and the dinosaur museum. So my sister-in-law and I decided to take our little ones to the festivities this past Tuesday. Well, apparently everyone else had the same idea, since it was the last day for the $2 Tuesdays...it was PACKED!!! The line to the dinosaur museum went all the way around the building, so we opted for "Farm Country," where they had all different sorts of farm animals for the kids to see. They seemed to love it, and we all had a good time....we were all pretty tired by the time we were done, but we had a good time!

Alana and Alexis

Oh boy, Alexis LOVES horses, just like her mommy. She just kept saying "touch it, touch it," she is one brave little gal!

they had a little play jail for the kids. I thought Alana's face in this picture was classic...like she was really locked up:)

Ducks

This little piggy went to market.....

and, of course, we HAD to get a picture of the kids on the sheep!

Then, by the time we were done at Farm Country, the line to the dinosaur museum was gone, so we decided to go there too. It was a fairly fast run through, because there was still a lot of people there, and let's be honest, 2 & 3 year olds don't really care about dinosaur history, and they just want to touch everything...and little Spencer had had just about enough of being in the stroller!
